Problem with John Deere riding mower?
Problem: Gas Mileage The problem I have is that when I take the mower to gas station and ride back, I can not mow for a few mints because I have enough gas to drive to the station for more gas. I named John Deere and they do not sell a larger tank, I do what the tires are filled and the oil is changed to get the best mileage. I thought to put in my truck, but it is too big … is 25 HP! Sometimes when I'm broke I do more to mid-way through the station before it is finished … so I can mow me down for 7 minutes before I have to get more gas … you just go many to cut my grass. Suggestions
Instead of mounting the mower the gas station, run or jog to the nearest gas station, put your hands and someone will pass gas in your cupped hands until your hands are full of gas. Then run home and put gas in the mower. Repeat this process until the mower tank is full.
